How do I exfoliate my skin?

 Il est conseillé d’utiliser un savon surgras, saponifié à froid, sans parfum et sans huile essentielle. Ces savons respectent la barrière cutanée et limitent les irritations.

2. Pourquoi éviter les savons parfumés pour peau atopique ?
Les parfums, même naturels, peuvent déclencher des réactions et aggraver les démangeaisons. Les peaux atopiques tolèrent mieux les savons neutres, sans parfum ajouté.
